    I.ĐỐI VỚI KHÁCH HÀNG KHU VỰC NỘI THÀNH HÀ NỘI

     

    - MIỄN PHÍ giao hàng khu vực nội thành Hà Nội với tất cả những đơn hàng đủ điều kiện sau :


         + Trong vòng bán kính < 5Km (tính từ trụ sở chính của cửa hàng - Số 7D Nguyễn Chính , Tân Mai , Hoàng Mai , Hà Nội) với đơn hàng trị giá > 500 000VNĐ.


    - THU PHÍ giao hàng với những đơn hàng sau :


         + Trong vòng bán kính < 5Km (tính từ trụ sở chính của cửa hàng - Số 7D Nguyễn Chính , Tân Mai , Hoàng Mai , Hà Nội) với đơn hàng trị giá < 500 000VNĐ : Thu thêm phí giao hàng là 10 000VNĐ/1 đơn hàng/1 lần.


         + Bán kính giao hàng từ 5Km đến 10Km : 20 000VNĐ/1 đơn hàng/1 lần.


         + Bán kính giao hàng từ 10Km đến 20Km : 30 000VNĐ/1 đơn hàng/1 lần.


         + Bán kính giao hàng trên 20Km : được tính là Khách hàng ngoại thành Hà Nội

     

    - Đơn hàng sẽ được chuyển đến tay khách hàng tối đa trong vòng 12h (làm việc) kể từ khi nhận được đơn hàng.

     

    - Trong trường hợp đặc biệt (Khách hàng sinh em bé trong bệnh viện,đang điều trị tại bệnh viện...hoặc một số trường hợp khác),Khách hàng sẽ được giao hàng luôn trong thời gian nhanh nhất.

     

    II.ĐỐI VỚI KHÁCH HÀNG NGOẠI THÀNH HÀ NỘI VÀ TRÊN TOÀN QUỐC


    1.Phương thức giao hàng đối với Khách hàng thuộc khu vực ngoại thành Hà Nội


    - Xe máy : Từ km thứ 21 trở đi phí vận chuyển 7 000VNĐ/1Km phụ trội tính từ trụ sở chính của cửa hàng.


    - Xe khách và các phương tiện vận tải khác : Theo giá cước quy định của nhà xe và Khách hàng tự thanh toán cước cho nhà xe


    - Qua đường bưu điện hoặc dịch vụ chuyển phát nhanh : Chi phí vận chuyển được tính theo bảng giá quy định tiêu chuẩn của bưu điện, EMS, NETCO, VIETTEL POST, … Khách hàng sẽ phải thanh toán trước chi phí cho cửa hàng (bằng tiền mặt hoặc chuyển khoản).


    2.Phương thức giao hàng đối với Khách hàng trên toàn quốc (Khách hàng không thuộc khu vực Hà Nội)


    - Xe khách : Theo giá cước quy định của nhà xe và Khách hàng tự thanh toán cước cho nhà xe.


    - Qua đường bưu điện hoặc dịch vụ chuyển phát nhanh : Chi phí vận chuyển được tính theo bảng giá quy định tiêu chuẩn của bưu điện, EMS, NETCO, VIETTEL POST, … Khách hàng sẽ phải thanh toán trước chi phí cho cửa hàng (bằng tiền mặt hoặc chuyển khoản).

    - Trụ sở chính : BABY SMILE PLAZA - Số 7D Nguyễn Chính , Tân Mai , Hoàng Mai , Hà Nội


    - Giờ làm việc: Là khung giờ hoạt động của cửa hàng từ 08h00 tới 22h00.


    - Đối với đơn đặt hàng sau 20h hàng ngày, cửa hàng sẽ giao hàng cho Quý khách vào ngày hôm sau.


    - Khách hàng khi nhận hàng từ nhân viên giao hàng lưu ý kiểm tra kỹ hàng hóa về số lượng, chất lượng và giá tiền trên hóa đơn. Khách hàng có quyền từ chối nhận sản phẩm nếu kiểm tra thấy sản phẩm không đúng với đơn hàng đặt mua.


    - Đối với các trường hợp đặc biệt, nhân viên bán hàng sẽ thông báo phương thức giao hàng với Quý khách theo từng đơn hàng cụ thể.
